Interim Charity Projects Report

Thanks to all our donors for their support and also thank you Globalgiving for this opportunity to be on this platform. Our charity Projects have seen some degree of progress although only partially and not quite at the speed at which we had initially anticipated. 

Since the acceleration program in September 2019, we were able to acquire reading various materials for the libraries and we did receive sanitation supplies from another non profit for the children although the amounts are basically not enough to go around. Although we did not reach our target goal by a huge margin we are not giving up and we have used what we received to inch in towards our goal.

The donations we received were used to acquire books for the makeshift library that we implemented a couple of years ago and also for shipping costs to send the materials along with the sanitation toiletries and other donated educational tools to the schools in Africa. Shipping drums usually takes up to 3 1/2 months to reach the destination in Africa so we are still waiting for the distribution activity and reports.

We are still sourcing donations to fund this project and make it a success especially now that we are faced with the Covid pandemic situation, spreading of germs is a critical concern at this time. Please help us to change the lives of these children and improve their health conditions so that the learning experience will be a bearable and safe and enjoyable one. It is a basic human right
